2. Scope

This privacy policy applies to the Android app 2 Player Games (package com.marcarzt.twoplayergames) published on the Google Play Store.

3. What data does the app process?

3.1 Data we do NOT collect

No names, email addresses or phone numbers
No device IDs (other than those used automatically by Google Play / AdMob)
No location data
No microphone or camera access
No contacts, photos or other media files
No user profiles, no login, no cloud sync

3.2 Data processed automatically

On-device only: game state (high scores, rounds won) is stored exclusively in Godot's user:// directory on your device.
Advertising (AdMob): if ads are active, Google AdMob collects technical data such as advertising ID, device model, OS version, IP address and approximate region per Google's privacy policy.
Google Play Billing: the one-off "Remove ads" purchase is handled by Google Play. We only receive the purchase status.

3.3 Ads on/off

The free version shows occasional full-screen ads via Google AdMob after several game rounds. Ads can be disabled permanently via the one-off "Remove ads" purchase (€0.99 / equivalent).

4. Permissions

The app requests one Android permission: android.permission.VIBRATE for haptic feedback during gameplay. Internet access is automatically required by the ads (AdMob); once "Remove ads" is purchased, no internet access is required.

5. Children & families

The app is suitable for ages 6+. No violent or inappropriate content, no chat or social features. Ads are delivered per Google Play Families Policy.

6. Retention

Game state remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear the app's data in Android settings.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Since no personal data is stored on any server, these rights can mostly be exercised by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.
